Positions in this function prepare and maintain records of amounts owed and ensures prompt payment of invoices. Processes and verifies invoice coding of expenses, preparation of vouchers, and issuance of checks for payment. Reviews documents for accuracy and compliance with organization policy and regulatory guidelines including proper authorization, documentation, general ledger coding, and correct amounts. May include responsibility for vendor and provider payments, as well as employee reimbursements
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
- 1+ years of Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable experience
Experience with Microsoft Word (ability to sort, filter, and create simple documents), Microsoft Excel (ability to sort, filter, and create simple spreadsheets), and Microsoft Outlook (ability to create, respond to, store, and retrieve emails, and use calendar to schedule meetings)
- Previous healthcare experience
- Previous experience with Oracle iFS
