This position is part of the Centralized Clinical Support Team (CCST).  The CCST is responsible for supporting 160 clinicians in the field caring for more than 8,200 ISNP and TTS members in 88 skilled nursing facilities (SNF).
 
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Support 155 clinical team members out in the field
  • Prioritize a high volume of work including copying, faxing, setting up files, typing / word processing of documents, greeting visitors
  • Assist with onboarding tasks for clinicians out in the field
  • Sharepoint management to help clinical team with ordering of supplies (lab coats, badges, etc)
  • Take meeting minutes for clinical leadership meetings
  • Provide travel arrangements for clinical leadership as needed
  • Print documents and other packets as needed
  • Manage catering for onsite lunches and events
  • Manage calendars and set up meetings and other clerical / admin office support duties as needed

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma / GED or higher 
  • 2+ years of experience working within a fast paced office environment
  • 3+ years of experience using a PC computer in an office environment: Microsoft Excel (create spreadsheet, manipulating data, sorting and filtering data), Microsoft Word (creating and editing documents), Outlook (email and calendar management)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior healthcare experience
  • Prior experience supporting an environment of executive and / or senior leaders
Soft Skills:
  • Requires little assistance with standard and non - standard requests
  • Solves routine problems on own
  • Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet agreed upon deadlines
  • Works with others as part of a team
