The Enterprise Analytics and Data Science team is looking for a new team member for the Analytic Quality Review (AQ) team, which plays the critical role of performing advanced quality review of high-risk data analysis activities including customer remediation population identification and complex regulatory and legal data requests.
As part of a team focused on the preserving the customer experience across the enterprise, this Analytic Consultant will be responsible for creating reporting and analytics/metrics on team performance and program health.

Key responsibilities may include:

  • Create end to end scorecard and control reporting processes
  • Develop detailed reporting using various tools such as Tableau, SAS or SQL to track and evaluate AQR program health and performance
  • Understanding of Data Visualization techniques to communicate data visually to various stakeholders and partners
  • Communicate requirements and results to leadership, team mates and business partners
  • Conduct in-depth research within complex environments to identify data integrity issues, data trending and data deficiencies and propose solutions to improve analysis and reporting accuracy
  • Gather requirements from partners to ensure understanding of business objectives and provide creative reporting solutions
Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: reporting, analytics, or modeling; or a Masters degree or higher in a quantitative field such as applied math, statistics, engineering, physics, accounting, finance, economics, econometrics, computer sciences, or business/social and behavioral sciences with a quantitative emphasis and 4+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: reporting, analytics, or modeling
Desired Qualifications

  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
  • Knowledge and understanding of BI platform and tools such as: SSAS, SSIS, SSRS, and TSQL
  • Knowledge and understanding of data visualization
  • 4+ years of experience with SAS or SQL, or other data management, reporting and query tools
  • 4+ years of Tableau experience
  • Experience developing operational reporting and performing complex data analysis
  • Experience creating ad hoc and re-occurring reporting for business purposes
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of research and analysis
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
