Job Description Details:
The Armed Supervisor of Safety and Security is responsible for supervising the work activity and development of all subordinates. The Supervisor must also provide a safe environment and provide protective services to all persons and property of Mount Carmel Health.
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate Degree preferred.
- Licensure/Certification: OPOTC Certification in Private Security preferred. IAHSS Certification preferred especially Supervisory or willingness to obtain within one year.
- Valid Ohio State driver's license with good driving record maintained.
- Experience: Minimum three years' experience in security, law enforcement or military disciplines or equivalent training. Supervisory experience preferred in Law Enforcement, Healthcare or Private Security or Military.
