Responsible for oversight of standards and best practices relative to the customer experience for the total website and cross-category projects as well as content origination and planning for the website homepage, key concepts and life events, seasonal and various other business driving initiatives.
Owning the content planning process; sourcing business priorities and marketing stories from internal business partners
Identifying KPI’s and using web analytics to guide content decisions
Defining the process to collect content ideas and share the homepage calendar with relevant business partners
Partnering with UX team to determine the best customer experience for merchandising and shopping projects and functionality
Planning homepage themes to support a strong point-of-view relative to business strategies
Planning and coordinating seasonal campaigns and shops
Partnering with the business owners of the Registry, Mover, College and Differentiated Brand teams on a site content and experience strategy
Collaborating on creative requests, briefs, concepts and approvals with the marketing and creative departments
