The Associate Director, Business Operations is accountable for day to day management and operational execution of the Comprehensive Gap Assessment Program (CGAP) within RQNS’ Prospective Services unit. This leader is responsible for analytics, strategic and tactical execution, client customizations, integration with other products, new features, adoption, management of staff, functions performed by matrix partners, communications and timely issue resolution. The successful candidate will possess the ability to lead this complex program; with depth of knowledge to maximize business value and ensure the program meets the expectations of internal stakeholders as well as providers and clients.

 

If you are located in Charlotte, NC or on the East Coast, you will have the flexibility to telecommute* as you take on some tough challenges.

 
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Work directly with internal and external stakeholder partners to build relationships, ensure effective education and reporting, and proactively identify performance improvement and operational execution improvement opportunities through analysis and ongoing monitoring
  • Execute plans to improve the incentive programs’ performance and outcomes
  • Provide recommendations, training and coaching to stakeholders on program participation and issue resolution
  • Lead collaboration with internal resources to develop appropriate and effective provider educations tools and other resources/collateral
  • Coordinate and lead meetings with stakeholders, with regular frequency, to drive continual process improvement and achieve goals
  • Provide input into reporting package, for use by internal and external stakeholders, that demonstrates operational performance and program value
  • Facilitate/lead monthly or quarterly internal meetings with key stakeholders, including reporting and material preparation
  • Ensure timely and effective execution of all deliverables
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions to drive engagement and improve outcomes and performance
  • Staff management

Required Qualifications:

 

  • 5+ years of healthcare industry experience
  • 5+ years of management experience
  • Strong, articulate communicator
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority
  • Experience building relationships and working collaboratively in large, complex matrixed environments to flawlessly, and successfully, deliver business value
  • Exemplifies our United Culture
  • Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of Risk Adjustment and/or HEDIS/Stars experience
  • Innovative thinker/creative problem solver
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills
