This role will help shape and execute the Human Capital and talent strategies for E&I Consumer Services.  These businesses have evolved rapidly in the last two years, creating a wealth of opportunity for an experienced human capital professional to contribute across a broad range of priorities, including leadership development, business transformation, organizational design, employee engagement and retention strategies. 

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Consulting Agility: Contributes to business performance by providing strategic consulting on people strategies and organization development. Leverages data analytics and root cause analysis skills to align human capital solutions with business imperatives.  Acts as a change agent to the business and designs processes and approaches which prepare employees for ongoing change and transformation

  • Talent Acquisition: Identifies current and future people and skills needs of the organization and develops strategies and plans to meet those needs. Aids in defining talent management, innovative recruiting strategies and talent retention plans. Creates processes and experiences that grow the capacity of the organization's key talent resources which include key talent identification, core competencies or skills critical to the organization and succession planning

  • Talent Development: Coaches leaders of talent on leadership skills to improve organizational performance. Supports leadership’s capabilities as a talent steward to develop and inspire employee growth and learning

  • Business Fluency: Understands and interprets financial data. Can identify levers that impact financial performance and make recommendations to leadership on business issues impacting performance and financial outcomes. Acquires in-depth knowledge of the business, its strategies and cost optimization

  • Visionary Leadership: Role models and reinforces organizational values and culture. Promotes how culture is defined, expressed and the relationship between culture and organizational performance and growth

  • Employee Experience and Engagement: Identifies through elements of the work environment strategies to increase employee performance, discretionary effort, and overall satisfaction and identify measurements of these efforts. Creates processes and solutions in partnership with management which support a positive employee relations environment through effective leadership, communications, policies and practices

  • Other Responsibilities: Develops the strategic Human Capital Plan for the business that aligns with the overall segment Human Capital Plan

 


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources or related field

  • 5+ years generalist experience with expertise in all Human Capital functional areas with a strong emphasis in organization development/change management

  • Experience in leadership coaching and team effectiveness strategies

  • Experience working in a Human Capital function with a shared service delivery and strategic business partner model

  • Experience and comfort in working in a matrix environment, across multiple geographies

  • Expert level of proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Experience with leading employment populations of 500+
