Specifically we are seeking a Full Time, Hourly Backroom/Receiving Supervisor in our Spring Valley, NY store. 

This position requires a flexible schedule to include days, weekends, and holidays. This position is responsible for supervising the backroom team, unloading trucks, receiving the merchandise, preprocessing/ticketing all merchandise, maintaining an organized backroom, inventory control functions, maintaining a safe and productive backroom, fixture building, some merchandise presentation, customer interaction, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assesses Store Plans with available scheduled associates

· Assigns receiving, fixture building, ticketing jobs according to priorities and skill set

· Directs backroom and merchandise preprocessing activities

· Maintains backroom organization

· Executes occasional replenishment/Merchandising Plans

· Calculates Productivity results

· Supports Customer Pickup of large ticket Merchandise

· Trains and coaches associates

· Ensures a high level of internal/external customer service .


Previous Retail Supervisory Experience Required in the following:

· Backroom Functions

· Receiving Process

· Preprocessing/Ticketing

· Pending Merchandise

· Equipment/Tools

· Unloading a Truck

· Salesfloor organization
