Wholesale Banking provides financial solutions to businesses across the United States and globally. Our nine major business lines include Business Banking, Middle Market Banking, Government and Institutional Banking, Corporate Banking, Commercial Real Estate, Financial Institutions Group, Wells Fargo Commercial Capital, Wells Fargo Securities, and the Investment Portfolio. Wells Fargo Capital Finance is one of the top lead arrangers of asset-based loans in the U.S. with a large and diversified portfolio of close to 2,500 customers and $37 billion in loans outstanding. Capital Finance offers traditional asset-based financing, specialized senior secured financing, accounts receivable financing, purchase order financing, and supply chain financing to a wide range of companies throughout the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.
Business Analysts are responsible for analyzing complex business needs and identifying thoroughly documented solutions implemented within technology systems. BA is responsible for partnering with system users and stakeholders to understand current business process and usage, understand needs, identify gaps in process, and design future state process. Working in an agile environment, the BA is responsible for creation of detailed user stories, mockups, diagrams, and other artifacts to document the requirements, work closely with the development team to implement during sprints, complete review and acceptance, and conduct user acceptance testing. Depending on the projects / initiatives, BA’s may or may not partner with a Project Manager. BA’s are expected to be self driven and autonomous, able to drive their own projects through completion and manage deliverables to tight timelines.

They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit’s risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planning
- Account or project management experience
- Knowledge and understanding of accounts receivable, factoring, or asset-based lending
- Experience with general ledgers and accounting policies
- Experience with Agile Scrum (Daily Standup, Sprint Planning and Sprint Retrospective meetings) and Kanban
- Choice application experience
