Wells Fargo’s Chief Administrative Office (CAO) consists of enterprise functions that work together to promote and protect the Wells Fargo culture and brand, and support our team members. Groups within CAO work to protect our reputation, tell our story, bolster team member engagement, connect with our customers, and bring new and innovative solutions to life. International HR Solutions is responsible for defining the vision and strategy for effectively capturing HR data for international Team Members at Wells Fargo. We are looking for a smart, talented and creative Business Systems Consultant 4 to join our team. This will be a key role and will work closely with both our HR business and technology partners as we work to deliver on large-scale, high profile initiatives, while also ensuring the support of previously deployed functionality across our non-US locations.

A key element of this role will include the ability to quickly analyze, assess, and work through complicated business scenarios or processes utilizing outstanding problem solving skills to elicit and document high quality business requirements. In partnership with the technical team, the Business Systems Consultant 4 will then follow those requirements through the project lifecycle to ultimately deliver solutions that meet our customer needs while maintaining focus on the guiding principles that form the foundation of the International HR Solutions Program.

LOCATION- Minneapolis, MN Preferred; Other locations in the WF Domestic Footprint may be considered

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience writing Business Requirements Documents (BRD's)
  • 5+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both
Desired Qualifications

  • 4+ years of human resources experience
  • SQL experience
  • Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
  • Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability
  • Ability to translate and present complex technical data across technical and non-technical groups
  • Ability to work effectively in virtual environment where key team members and partners are in various time zones and locations
  • Ability to work in a fast paced deadline driven environment
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of human resources practices in the financial services industry
  • Strong collaboration and partnering skills
  • 3+ years of PeopleSoft experience
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experience
  • Ability to be flexible and adjust plans quickly to meet changing business needs
  • Experience drafting use cases and test scripts
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Other Desired Qualifications

• Understanding of HR processes and data
• Ability to flex work hours to accommodate meetings in different time zones
• Strong meeting facilitation skills; experience leading large group meetings with attendees both local and remote
• Experience working on global teams or projects
• Proven ability to work with business and IT partners to collaboratively design solutions that meet business needs
