The Payments, Virtual Solutions, and Innovation (PVSI) team includes Operations, Consumer Credit Card, Retail Services, Consumer Deposits, the Innovation Group, Treasury Management, Merchant Services and Wells Fargo Virtual Channels and the professional services teams that partner with these businesses. PVSI's focus is on delivering the next generation of payments and deposit capabilities and advancing our digital and online offerings to design new customer experiences and products. Wells Fargo Virtual Channels (WFVC) is part of the Payments, Virtual Solutions and Innovation (PVSI) business division. WFVC serves consumer and small business customers through digital (online, mobile, and social) and contact centers (phone, email, and correspondence). We provide customers with convenient ways to manage their accounts, enable digital payments, provide solutions that meet their financial needs, and more. WFVC serves over 27 million customers through our digital channels and support over 5.8 billion customer interactions annually through digital and contact centers.
This role will be the liaison between the line of business, CRV Operations Scrum team, and our EIT technology partners, the core objective for this person will be to create, maintain and manage all production support needs, including bug identification and prioritization, user needs, system performance, Business Continuity Planning, environment soundness, as well as Help Desk support and education. This leader will grow a small team over time and will also play a major role partnering with EIT on the systems overall “Safety and Soundness” evaluations and any correction actions that are required. The successful individual will work with managers in several Lines of Business to conduct analyses and apply results to business MBOs; which may include capacity planning, volume forecasting, performance SLA’s, development of business cases while working to mitigate any known risks and report creating to drive clarity into the overall soundness of the system.

This role and their team will provide assistance in managing project queues, defining user requirements and acting as the second line of support for the field. Testing, management of small changes, and acting as subject matter experts on identified issues, task forces, or special project teams also will be a part of this role.

This role is accountable for:
  • Overall day to day support of the CRV application and functionality
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of CRM solutions with an emphasis on Salesforce.com
  • Consultation, direction and oversight to technology and Scrum Team partners to ensure standards and critical path deliverables are met to support the CRV application
  • Analysis and communication of application progress, schedules, and risks for all production support issues or changes.
  • Interaction with Speed to Market teams across the program mitigate risks involved with implementing large amount of change at the same time.
  • Identification and assistance in the resolution of cross project interdependencies and issues
  • Analysis and troubleshooting of user reported issues and escalated issues
  • Serving as a subject matter expert for other team members regarding this application set
  • Work with EIT development teams to identify improvements in the application
  • 2nd line support for Helpdesk
  • Over time this role will have direct report responsibility

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both
  • 6+ years of application production support experience
  • 3+ years of management or leadership experience
Desired Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) experience
  • Ability to manage projects or programs following a Standard Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) approach, with scheduled release code deployments
  • Ability to coordinate completion of multiple tasks and meet aggressive time frames
  • Good analytical skills including strategically analyzing data and diagnosing opportunities/interventions
  • Financial services industry experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
