This position is a very integral part of the Transition Services Team, which successfully on boards successful financial advisors into Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network.

The WFA Business Transition Consultant provides continuous channel implementation for the Wells Fargo Financial Network (FiNet). The Transition Consultant is responsible for project oversight and monitoring, education, knowledge transfer and data mapping. Identifies, creates and implements new processes to support requirements. Mentors subordinates and new team members. Coordinates with and makes recommendations to project managers and project teams to determine the appropriate implementation strategy, methods and plans for intermediate to heavily complicated initiatives that impact multiple systems, workflows or products. Independently performs the duties involved with multiple intermediate to high-risk and complex projects.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with Financial Advisors, Client Associates and other team members that are new to the FiNet channel
  • Partner with third party vendor to ensure appropriate background checks are conducted
  • Request new user access and multiple types of access changes
  • Create and distribute weekly and monthly reports for management
  • Monitor shared email inbox to process address changes
  • Document and update policies and procedures
  • Update multiple systems with necessary changes
  • Demonstrate high level of accuracy
  • Prioritize work stream

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project support, project team participation, line-of-business support, or project management
  • 3+ years of financial services industry experience

  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
