Function:Direct Support Professional (Care Givers)
We are currently looking for Full Time Caregivers/ Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to work in our Day Support Activity (DSA) program. Caregivers support individuals in the program to get connected with the community in an effort to promote and ensure full integration. Staff in this program develop and implement tailored day service supports for individuals which encompass all activities of daily living including personal cares, mobility, behavior supports, communication, feeding and nutrition, shopping and money management, and any other health/ safety needs. Staff provide guidance and support for each person served to promote basic skill building and maintenance, as well as procure facility- based leisure activities.

We seek Caregivers to provide assistance to adults with disabilities in a facility-based setting. DSPs provide assistance with daily activities such as personal cares, money management, mobility support, behavior support, community integration, and health/ safety needs. Our Caregivers facilitate community involvement by partnering with community businesses and services based on each individual's needs and interests. What we require of you:
High school diploma or GED
Must be minimum of 18 years of age
Valid driver’s license in good standing
Successful clearance of background checks
Caregiving experience preferred, but not required
