Function:Direct Support Professional (Care Givers)
MENTOR Oregon is currently seeking a full-time Direct Support Professional/ Caregiver for programs in Hillsboro. Our programs run Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM. Activities covered in the program include: community outings, arts and crafts and various other educational and recreational activities. Direct Support Professional's may also provide basic personal care to clients and will assist in transportation to and from activities.

MENTOR Oregon is seeking Direct Support Professionals (Caregivers) to provide assistance to adults with disabilities in a community setting. Our DSPs provide assistance with daily activities such as medication administration, and personal care. DSPs also facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the community or providing transportation to work or other activities. DSPs will also partner with clinical staff to support therapeutic and behavioral plans to enhance the lives of those we support.

Qualifications: What we require of you:
High school diploma or GED
Must be minimum of 18 years of age
Valid driver’s license in good standing
Successful clearance of background checks
