Founded in 1987, REM Wisconsin provides home and community-based services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and other complex challenges throughout the state.


Hours: 10p-8a or 11p-9aSchedule: Rotating overnights 2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off (every two weeks) =35 hours/week, full time, and includes benefits and paid time off. 
Every person needs the support of others, but we look for very special people to support individuals with disabilities. As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) with REM Wisconsin you’ll be one of those special people.


DSPs are the link to the community for those they serve. For some, they may be the eyes of those unable to see, or the voice for those who can’t speak. For others, they are friend, cheerleader and subtle support on the path to one’s true potential.


REM Wisconsin is seeking Direct Support Professionals/Caregivers to provide assistance to individuals with disabilities in a community-based setting. DSPs provide assistance with daily activities such as meal preparation and planning; medication administration; and personal care.

Hiring for two openings in Holmen and Onalaska.10p-8a

Hiring for one opening in La Crosse.  11p-9a





  • NO High school diploma or GED Needed

  • Must be 18 years of age

  • Must have reliable transportation to work but no driver license is required
  • No experience in Human Services is not required, but is helpful.

  • Successful clearance of local and/or state background checks
