As a Case Manager for the Evidence of Insurability Underwriting team you will organize and track work as it arrives and distribute to the team for completion. You will be responsible for logging cases into the appropriate systems so that work can be tracked electronically.

Responsibilities include:
  • Organizing and tracking new business cases and logging them in a Web-based system
  • Creating and distributing the case file to the underwriters
  • Triaging medical information
  • Responding to internal and external queries regarding medical underwriting submissions
  • Completing additional tasks and special projects as needed


Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in a role with time sensitive daily deadlines

  • 2+ years experience with customer service

  • Proficiency with MS Office suite (Word and Excel)

 Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience tracking work loads and work flow

  • Experience working with web based data tracking systems

  • Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Experience with life insurance products
