Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health provides programs and services for Children and Adolescents between the ages of 2-21 with Autism and other various mental health diaganoses. Located in Strafford, Pennsylvania, the position responsibilities are, but are not limited to, Serving as the team leader for wrap around services for children. Coordinating and facilitating access to services, monitoring service delivery, evaluating the continuing need for services, ensuring authorization from the MCO, and ensuring team cohesiveness and working with MCO and commercial insurance funders

  • Bachelors degree in Psychology, Sociology, Human Services, Social Work
  • A minimum of one (1) year case management or counseling experience with children and families. Additional case management or counseling experience with adults preferred. Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adjust to a flexible work schedule including nights and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient computer skills and mastery of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Upon hire Case Manager is required to obtain certification as a Child Protection Professional
