Cirrus Benefit Senior Quality Analyst – Eden Prairie, MN or US Telecommute

We have an opportunity for a Senior Quality Analyst with experience in configuring and applying quality controls over benefits within a new business configurable system (similar to Facets, HealthRules or QNXT). In this role you will review complex benefits, claims, clinical and/or enrollment configuration changes, identify and perform root cause analysis of discrepancies, ensure day-to day issues are appropriately addressed, and provide QA reports and metrics.

This role is office based in Eden Prairie, MN. The role is also available to telecommuters in the US who are willing and able to travel to Minnesota 25% of the time for meetings and training.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct audits, including analyzing benefit, claim, clinical and/or enrollment data against source documents, and provide feedback to reduce errors and improve processes
  • Create and review reports to summarize quality results

  • Collaborate with configuration team to ensure configured benefits and enrollment efforts align with system deliveries and business processes

  • Recommend strategies to improve service development life cycle and governance processes

  • Understand and use enterprise service and data models












Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • 3 + years of Benefit, Claim and/or Enrollment quality assurance experience

  • 3+ years of healthcare and/or health insurance experience

  • 3+ years of experience identifying patterns within quantitative data, drawing conclusions and recommending solutions and approaches; skilled with end-to-end issue resolution

  • Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word

  • Non local applicants must be willing and able to travel to MN 25% of the time for meetings and training

Preferred Qualifications
  • Benefit, Claim, Clinical and/or Enrollment configuration experience

  • Product, Benefit, Claim, Clinical and/or Enrollment research and analysis knowledge

  • Large-scale platform implementation or migration experience

  • Knowledge of data structures within a health plan configuration system (e.g. Facets)

  • Ability to clearly articulate (both verbal and written) project status and issues management

  • Agile and/or Six Sigma Green Belt training

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills and organizational abilities are essential

  • Ability to work effectively with minor supervision

  • Ability to manage multiple assignments while maintaining quality standards and meeting assigned deadlines
