Primary Responsibilities:
  • Consistently meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards
  • Supervise, monitor, track and direct day to day operations to staff
  • Forecast work effort needed to manage inventory to defined expectations
  • Report and maintain inventory volumes
  • Provide expertise and / or general claims support to teams in reviewing, researching, negotiating, processing and adjusting claims
  • Authorize appropriate payment or refer claims to investigators for further review
  • Analyze and identify trends and provides reports as necessary
  • Respond to claims appeals 
  • Monitor and report production results
  • Review processing results and work with direct reports to remediate roadblocks
  • Actively seek out best practices to support established goals

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
  • 1+ years of experience in a Supervisory role
  • 2+ years of Business and / or Process Analyst experience
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word (create workflows, edit docs) and Microsoft Excel (vlookups, filters)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Some College (or higher)
  • 2+ years of claims processing knowledge
  • UNET or Claims Processing systems experience
  • Microsoft PowerPoint experience (basic presentation creation skills)
