Overview

Market Connect Group is a premier marketing company that partners with both manufacturers and retailers to increase sales at store level.  We provide in store services to department stores, mass merchants, and various other retailers throughout the United States.

 

We are currently looking to hire a Client Services Specialist based in Bloomfield, NJ!

 

Responsibilities
  • Support the Client Services team in the  handling of daily call outs, monitoring of projects, and ensuring accuracy and completion.
  • Coordinate delivering on-time project reporting as per client's expectations.
  • Analyze weekly reporting and provide solutions to the Client Services team.
  • Works closely with Client Services Management team to develop and maintain best practices for excellent customer satisfaction and execution of projects.
  • Assist in managing the day to day service issues and communication from Client's.
  • Responsible for the logistical planning of monthly projects for specific accounts.
  • Must be a self-starter and be able to maximize business through building partnerships with clients developing opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office – Excel, word, Outlook
  • Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills
  • Highly motivated, professional and dependable
  • Results Driven
  • Team player
  • Ability to problem-solve, work under pressure and manage time appropriately
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and prone to take action
  • Build relationships with all members of the team.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret information promptly
  • Detailed oriented and excellent follow through skills
  • 3+ years of experience in Retail Industry a plus
  • 3+ years of customer service or sales experience
  • Prior knowledge of Merchandising Service Organizations a plus
  • Experience in working with manufactures and/or retailers
