The Project Coordinator I position supports all levels of project and account management.
The Project Coordinator I will report to and receive direction from the CSM/Account Executive. The Project Coordinator I will also receive direction at times from the Project Manager and Senior Project Manager.
Review photos for quality assurance. Review Help Desk tickets and provide solution. Basic Reporting responsibilities. Other QA duties as assigned by supervisor. Provide tracking for ShopCom orders. Utilize Dash Management system as needed. Support Sr. Project Manager, CSM or Team Leader.

Required Education and Experience
High school graduation, or its equivalent. At least two years of experience in project management or a related field. Must have knowledge and experience using Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word, email and Internet. Retail Link is a plus. Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities. Excellent analytical skills. Must be able to learn new software programs as required for projects. Minimal travel with potential overnight stays. Work performed could be while sitting, standing, or walking.
