Act as a subject matter expert, providing support for your team as well as handling escalated issues
Ensure all notices of action and extension letters comply with applicable client, federal and state rules, laws, consent decrees and accreditation standards
Coordinate internal reviews on denial letters to determine compliance with letters and ensure letter corrections are made within regulatory timeframes
Maintain extensive knowledge of regulatory and accreditation requirements
Maintain knowledge of state rules, contracts and federal legislation/regulations
High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
Professional experience with Microsoft Office Word (create, edit, save), Excel(create, edit, save), Outlook (Send emails, receive emails, appointments)
1+ year of Customer Service experience
Knowledge of Medical Insurance Benefits
