Primary Responsibilities:

 

The position will have the following task and responsibilities to aid the Cystic Fibrosis team

 

Clinical Management Programs

      • Assisting in the design of programs
      • Training clinicians and non-clinicians on CMP
      • Tracking adoption and compliance to CMP

Pharma Liaison

      • Partnering with IR to facilitate pharma programs
      • Representing operations during pharma quarterly Business reviews for medications in selected therapies
      • Assisting with the adoption of pharma programs and the reporting for said pharma programs

Clinical Case Reviews for Payers

      • Assisting with creating required MS patient chart reviews as required by some of our Payers.  (UHC)

Strategy

      • Assist with developing and implementing the strategy for Therapy Solutions

Required Qualifications:

  • PharmD

  • Active, unrestricted pharmacist license in Kansas

  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint

  • 3+ years of experience working within a PBM

  • 2+ years of Specialty Pharmacy experience

  • 2+ years of experience working with Client Management Programs (CMP)

  • Experience working with treatment and therapy related to Cystic Fibrosis disease management

  • Formal presentation experience

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Successful completion of Pharmacy Residency

  • Experience with writing Request for Proposals (RFP’s)

  • Client-facing (beyond patients and prescribers) or clinical account management experience

  • Previous experience leading teams, processes or projects
