We are seeking a driven and dedicated clinical professional to join our team as a Senior Clinical Program Manager. The Clinical Program Manager will be responsible to build relationships with provider offices and Community Health Innovation Regions (CHIRs) throughout our Michigan service area. The Clinical Program Manager will work not only with Medical Professionals but also with Mental Health Professionals. Our goal is to establish successful relationships with the providers, their case managers and staff to ensure our plan members’ needs are being met in a timely and efficient manner.
 
If you are located in Southfield, MI, you will have the flexibility to telecommute* as you take on some tough challenges.  Please note: This is an office based position located in Southfield, MI. Travel required is 50-70% within Michigan and includes some overnight travel.
 
Primary Responsibilities
  • Building successful relationships with medical and behavioral health provider offices and staff
  • Acting as a point of contact for provider office staff including case managers
  • Ensuring continued and open communication with provider office case managers in order to successfully impact member needs
  • Visiting provider offices to engage in conversation regarding member needs and risks
  • Managing relationships between the health plan and the case managers to ensure members needs are being met in a timely and effective manner
  • Participating in team meetings and trainings
  • Development of programs/policies/procedures

Required Qualifications:

  • Unrestricted RN license in the state of MI with BSN required and/or Unrestricted LMSW, LCSW and/or LPC
  • 5+ years of clinical experience
  • 2+ years of case management experience
  • Program and/or project management experience
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability and willingness to travel as needed throughout the state of MI (including overnight travel as required)
  • Intermediate proficiency with MS Office including Power Point presentations, Excel, Word and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a provider office setting (medical or behavioral health)
  • Experience working in the Michigan Behavioral Health system
  • Experience working in a Michigan Medicaid Managed Health Plan
