This national HRA (Health Risk Assessment) team is part of the UCS organization and seeks to promote the business standardization and clinical integrity across all line of business including M&R, C&S, and E&I.

 
You’ll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.


Primary Responsibilities:
  • Support the national strategy to standardize health risk assessment tools, administration, and reporting across C&S, E&I, and M&R markets
  • Conduct oversight and monitoring of HRA program operations and reports in relation to CMS regulations, contractual provisions, and Stars requirements
  • Analyze and interpret detailed reports and present results/recommendations for multiple stakeholder audiences
  • Conduct root cause analysis and research solutions to individual and systemic problems that impact HRA completion rates
  • Develop Visio workflows that depict HRA processes and data flows
  • Identify specific program/process requirements for each market  
  • Manage and lead process improvement projects with multi-disciplinary teams
  • Secure buy-in from key stakeholders on new strategic concepts and methods that enhance the HRA program results
  • Provide operational or subject matter expertise to train others on program or process components
  • Conduct data analysis to identify viable solutions that support program expansion, detect and remediate risks, and ensure continuous improvement
  • Participate in regulatory program audits
  • Lead strategic discussions with national and local stakeholders to drive improvements in HRA Stars ratings
  • Ensure timely communication with all levels of stakeholders within the organization
  • Share key lessons learned and best practices from process re-engineering projects
  • Study current literature on HRA process improvements and identify relevant HRA benchmarking data
  • Share best practices from within and outside the organization / industry / domain and provide recommendations for implementing them
  • Develop and implement effective/strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience ( 8 years of related experience)
  • 4+ years of experience in enterprise-wide business process improvement, quality management, project management and/or business analysis
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare industry
  • Proficient with MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent project management skills in situations that involve cross functional stakeholders
  • Experience working with the Agile process
  • Strong analytical skills and problem solving approach
  • Able to run reports, interpret results, draw conclusions, and make recommendations
  • Proven record of consulting on projects/programs using Lean Six Sigma principles, tools, and methodologies
  • Experience in analysis of business processes and workflows, and providing evaluations, benchmarks, and process improvement recommendations
  • Able to identify and deliver new ideas to address key business issues
  • Self-motivated with the ability to define, structure, and prioritize work for self
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills with the ability to think quickly and package ideas
  • Able to be multifunctional, to work with appropriate departments for the development of reporting and monitoring needs
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Highly detail oriented
  • Identifies opportunities to increase efficiency
  • Able to work in a rapidly changing environment by being adaptable and flexible
Preferred Qualifications:
  • PMP Certification
  • Business Analysis Certification
  • Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt Certification
  • SharePoint experience
