Our Clinical Program Supervisor will oversee the Clinical Services of 2 residential group homes in Rhode Island (located in Woonsocket and Pascoag) and 1 short-term assessment & reintegration program (STARR) in Webster, MA. Additionally, this role may also oversee outpatient programs which include traditional and Enhanced Outpatient Services (EOS) and transitional support services (Enhanced Family Support Services- EFSS). The Program provides therapeutic care to children and adolescents with special, emotional, behavioral, and educational needs.
- Individual and group clinical supervision of assigned clinicians
- Train newly hired clinicians in Devereux clinical practices
- Program Model training for all staff
- Program Model fidelity assessments and chart audits
- Coordination of outpatient admissions
- Review and approval documentation (treatment plans, progress notes, etc) for clinicians
- Participate in On-Call rotation
- Participate in interviewing and hiring of clinicians
- Participate in Clinical Leadership Team Meetings

Candidates should have experience supervising clinical staff, a demonstrated track record of providing and implementing evidence-based clinical interventions such as TF-CBT, social skills training, DBT, and positively interfacing with external agencies.
