The HouseCalls Clinical Team Manager (CTM) will directly manage the daily operations of our member facing Nurse Practitioners. Under the direction of the Regional Director, the CTM will assist in developing strategies that result in efficiently managing specific markets to meet visit completion targets while ensuring high quality services are provided to our members. The CTM will be responsible for monitoring key performance metrics and quality improvement as well as procure internal and external relationships which will support expansion and success of HouseCalls business initiatives.
- Manage daily ops for member facing NPs
- Develop strategy to efficiently manage market meeting visit completion targets
- Ensure high quality service
- Monitor key performance metrics and improvements; internal & external relationships; expansion
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- Successful completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program: Masters or Doctoral prepared
- GNP, FNP, ANP, or ACNP Board Certified or eligible with an unencumbered license
2+ years management and leadership experience
