Wholesale Banking provides financial solutions to businesses across the United States and globally. Our four major business lines include Corporate & Investment Banking, Commercial Banking, Commercial Real Estate, and Wells Fargo Commercial Capital. We also have groups in credit risk, group risk, finance, marketing, human relations, and the Wholesale Chief Operating Office that support our businesses.
Wells Fargo Securities (WFS) consists of nearly 5,000 team members in 50+ offices across North America, Europe, and Asia, focused on middle-market and large corporations and global institutional investors. Our sales, trading, origination, and research teams deliver a comprehensive set of capital market products and solutions to the broader Wells Fargo customer base, ranging from distribution of public debt and equity products to hedging interest rates, commodity, and equity risks.
Responsible for servicing commercial real estate and commercial real estate construction loans. Functions include: preparing and processing payoff letters, releasing collateral; monitoring, researching and correcting exception reports; auditing the system of record, processing loan tickler transactions and customer service. Ensuring all procedures are in compliance with government regulations and Bank policies.

They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit’s risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in one or a combination of the following: banking, accounting, finance, title, insurance, loan administration, or loan servicing
- 1+ year of experience interpreting and researching one or a combination of the following: loan origination documents, legal documents, or real estate documents
- Commercial real estate experience
- Paralegal experience
- Exposure to Wells Fargo AFS (Automated Financial Systems)
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills
- Experience with construction loan administration
