Join us and start doing your life's best work.   Positions in this function are involved in developing market strategies to support products and drive membership / sales growth. Positions develop strategies and tactical plans to support consumer / member innovation, support new product and program launches, and combat competitive pressures. May analyze economic considerations, develop marketing forecasts, estimate costs, and manage program / project budgets.   Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Support the Sales/Marketing team in assigned territory
  • Establish new relationships and maintain existing ones
  • Collaborate with Sales Agents and Agent Managers to understand their needs
  • Identify opportunity and develop a Marketing strategy, in a diverse multi-cultural Senior citizen population, which is supportive to the Sales Agent's networking (territory)
  • Share our mission to help people live healthier lives, throughout the communities we service
  • Create educational and sales events within our targeted population
  • Execute, plan and coordinate resources (i.e., Vendors, Partners, Sales Agent, etc.) to ensure a successful event
  • Responsible for meeting or exceeding targeted growth, retention, and enrollment expectations within assigned territory
  • Analyzes and investigates
  • Provides explanations and interpretations within area of expertise

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree (or higher) or High School Diploma / GED with 3+ years of health plan sales experience
  • Active Colorado Health Insurance License or ability to obtain it within 30 days of hire
  • Proficiency within Microsoft Word (ability create and edit documents)
  • Proficiency within Microsoft Excel (ability to plug in data, navigate, filter and sort through spreadsheets)
  • Proficiency within Microsoft PowerPoint (ability to create and edit slides)
  • Proficiency within Microsoft Outlook (ability to send, receive, create tasks and calendar invites)
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time within state of Colorado
  • Ability to work core business hours with nights and weekends when required based on event(s) schedule

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of DSNP Program
  • Familiarity with Concur Public speaking / training experience
  • Bilingual in any language

  • Experience influencing and collaborating with others (I.E. churches, community agencies, food pantries, senior centers, etc.)
  • Time management skills
  • Good decision-making skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Outgoing, personable
