This Compensation role is part of our Enterprise Compensation Strategy & Process team. The Strategy & Process team is primarily responsible for the development and on-going support of enterprise-wide compensation processes, programs and technologies. In addition, the Strategy & Process team leads compensation initiatives that support business objectives. This role will also support the Compensation Consulting team in their mission to deliver strategic consulting to the business segments across the enterprise.
 
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Independently leads moderately complex to complex compensation and business specific projects
  • Enables business compensation strategies through tools, capabilities and communications within the corporate compensation philosophy framework
  • Manage compensation pay decision programs and processes (i.e. Common Review)
  • Provides analysis and support on corporate and business segment compensation projects and initiatives
  • Supports enterprise-wide development and maintenance of Compensation and Recognition tools and processes
  • Partners with various stakeholders to work on cross-functional initiatives, change management and implementation efforts
  • Serves as a mentor and/or resource to other team members

Required Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree in Business, Human Resources or related field
  • 5+ years of related professional Human Resources experience
  • Experience leading moderately complex to complex initiatives
  • Data analysis experience, ability to use data to drive decisions
  • Experience working effectively with teams across the organization
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in Compensation or Human Capital
  • Working knowledge of PeopleSoft or comparable HRIS system
  • Project management experience
  • Leadership and consulting experience
  • Experience working in a matrix environment
