Independently leads moderately complex to complex compensation and business specific projects
Enables business compensation strategies through tools, capabilities and communications within the corporate compensation philosophy framework
Manage compensation pay decision programs and processes (i.e. Common Review)
Provides analysis and support on corporate and business segment compensation projects and initiatives
Supports enterprise-wide development and maintenance of Compensation and Recognition tools and processes
Partners with various stakeholders to work on cross-functional initiatives, change management and implementation efforts
Serves as a mentor and/or resource to other team members
- BA/BS degree in Business, Human Resources or related field
- 5+ years of related professional Human Resources experience
- Experience leading moderately complex to complex initiatives
- Data analysis experience, ability to use data to drive decisions
- Experience working effectively with teams across the organization
- Experience working in Compensation or Human Capital
- Working knowledge of PeopleSoft or comparable HRIS system
- Project management experience
- Leadership and consulting experience
- Experience working in a matrix environment
