The Consumer Experience Representative 1 may leverage voice of the customer, root cause, telling the story, call listening, member experience design, elimination and recognition of friction points, identifying automation/optimization opportunities, empower others in the organization to speak up and voice opportunities to improve the member experience. Decisions are limited to defined parameters around work expectations, quality standards, priorities and timing, and works under close supervision and/or within established policies/practices and guidelines with minimal opportunity for deviation. The Consumer Experience Representative 1 represents the company by addressing inbound and outbound calls, while navigating multiple computer applications.The Consumer Experience Representative 1 performs basic administrative/clerical/operational/customer support/computational tasks.
