Job Summary

The Sales Representative's responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Your primary tasks are to sell our products in order to meet your sales goals, to take reservations, and to communicate information accurately, recognizing opportunites to up-sell additional products and services.

  • Through fast paced high energy sales, Sales Reps are required to make sure the guests know how wonderful and informative our tours and attractions are.

  • Answer inbound calls promptly in a professional manner.

  • Enter customer information and process reservations efficiently.

  • Follow up on missed calls when necessary.

  Position Requirements

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Ability to learn and memorize details of the products being sold by the National Phone Sales Location.
  • Have demonstrable sales skills.
  • A sound knowledge of telephone etiquette with the ability to speak in a clear voice. No shouting or interrupting the guests. Voice modulations.
  • Ability to read, write and speak clear English in order to communicate with co-workers and the general public.
  • Ability to comprehend, capture as well as interpret basic customer information, asking questions as appropriate and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
  • Ability to accurately type 40 to 45 words per minute.
  • Ability to demonstrate basic computer skills.
  • Ability to treat people with respect under all circumstances, instill trust in others besides upholding the values of the organization.
  • Ability to read, write and speak clear English in order to communicate with co-workers and the general public.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
  • 6 months or more experience in a call center environment or sales experience is preferred.
