Galliard Capital Management, a successful institutional fixed income money management firm, has an excellent opportunity in Minneapolis for a Content Coordinator.
Responsible for completing moderately complex and standard RFPs and consultant questionnaires that require research, analysis, creativity, and judgment to accurately and favorably present the organization’s products and services to prospective clients. Develops and maintains internal relationships. May be responsible for updating the firm’s profile on consultant databases. Good knowledge of the business, the organization’s products and services, the RFP and consultant questionnaire response process. Coordinates production of RFP proposals and questionnaires as assigned. In addition to supporting new business, this role will provide support to the ongoing retention of clients, by way of coordinating and producing various ad hoc requests from client relationship managers.Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of written communications development experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
- Demonstrated interest or experience in financial services
