We're looking for a skilled professional to join our Eden Prairie office in this highly visible role. As the Contract Account Administrator, you would be responsible for the production of customer contracts, negotiating, documenting changes and archiving contract documents in a contract management system. The person in this position will also draft agreement or amendments using company terms or negotiate third party non-standard terms; advise and consult with internal stake holders and external customers on issues relating to the content and administration of contract documents.

- Draft/update standard language for contract templates
- Draft non-standard contract language based on negotiations
- Review counterparty forms/contract templates to ensure inclusion of necessary terms and conditions for the transaction
- Identify issues in contracts/proposals/documents that require escalation and engage legal counsel as appropriate
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of relevant experience working with contracts
- Strongly Team oriented
- Ability to multi task and prioritize multiple requests
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Customer Service experience
- Familiarity with Contract Management Systems
