Position Summary

Support the implementation and management of Periscope, a Fresh Item Management tool, across all retail locations. The role will mainly support the administrative functions of Periscope in order to drive sales and profitability across the organization.

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary coordinator for all administrative tasks within Periscope. Duties include but not limited to managing store requests, adding and removing weekly promotion items, participating in software upgrade testing, and managing ad hoc system requests.
  • Assist with all store communications to ensure store teams are aware of any system or process updates.
  • Maintain all Periscope documentation (training documents, standard operating procedures, team member methods) with relevant and up to date information.
  • Assist with managing the product variety / store cluster documentation and coordinating changes with Retail Inventory Analysts. And, participate in the data review process with Fresh Item Management Manager and Retail Inventory Analysts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Training Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent plus up to 18 months of additional training
