Position Summary

Coordinate the work activities within the Retail Support Center. Provide assistance and direction in all areas of Inventory and Receiving.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform all assignments in a safe, respectful manner. Communicate and follow up with all external and internal partners.
  • Assist department leadership with the unloading and receiving of product to ensure accuracy and efficiency within the RSC.
  • Create and implement efficient product flow designs. Oversee all pre-ship, watermelon, Potato and promotional shipments. Provide management team with clear communication of all design plans.
  • Review and establish put-away and home zone for accurate and efficient placement and replenishment of all products.
  • Assist in the monitoring of inventory adjustments and CC accuracy.
  • Complete all miscellaneous projects in a timely/accurate manner.
  • Assist department leadership with the direction and work assignments for Support TMs.
  • Maintain weekly KPI reporting for review by team.
  • Create and follow up on all new TM training.
  • Assist management team with all requests.
  • Assist with the development of support TMs.
  • Assist in coaching and providing TM feedback as needed.
  • Assist with slotting strategies, re-slot selection aisles as needed. Work with slotting committee to ensure a safe, ergonomic environment is maintained.

Education and Training Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Experience Required

  • 1 to 3 years
  • Two years minimum experience in distribution center operations in a unionized environment.
