YOUR ASSIGNMENT Your tasks will include:

  • Assists in developing solutions and providing feedback on all matters of installation by partnering with various teams
  • Supports the Active Selling team to support and efficient and easy buying process of complex IKEA systems or products
  • Identifies and reports quality issues based on data gathered in returns
  • Manages customer service queue by providing after-sales support for customers
  • Investigates problems, develops solutions, prepares reports, and provides feedback to resolve customer complaints
  • Uses knowledge of both the product and IKEA to offer solutions so that customers leave the store with a positive experience
YOUR PROFILE Your knowledge, skills and experience include:
  • 1 year sales or customer service experience
  • Kitchen and appliance experience preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
