Customer Service Associates greet visitors arriving at the facility, answer the telephone, and perform various computer-related tasks. CSAs are also actively involved in Human Resources activities including scheduling interviews, preparing new hire paperwork, coordinating new hire orientation and other duties as assigned.
The Customer Service Associate we select must possess a sincere passion for working with seniors, as well as have demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook software. We are looking for a committed individual with previous experience in a senior living setting. A minimum 1 year of computer experience, a high school diploma or GED and the ability to read, speak, and write English clearly are required.
