Legend Senior Living is looking for an organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated individual to join the team as a Customer Service Associate. This role would provide a wide variety of administrative support to enrich the lives of our residents and our associates.We are seeking associates who have a sincere passion for seniors and are dedicated to carry out our Mission, Philosophy of Care and Core Values.

Successful CSAs possess the ability to multi-task while maintaining accuracy.

Responsibilities would include:

  • Greeting/assisting visitors at the front desk and routing incoming phone calls

  • Various recruiting responsibilities, such as: Forwarding applications, scheduling interviews, running background checks and drug screens, entering new associates and their paperwork into an online HR management system, maintaining employee files

  • Various accounts payable & accounts receivable responsibilities, such as: Entering transactions into an expense tracking report, submitting invoices/checks, collecting/depositing rent payments

  • Assisting department heads with training by: Printing training forms, submitting and documenting completed trainings, running reports of overdue trainings

  • Assist the Resident Director in submitting various employee-related forms, such as: Employee of the month, meeting minutes, associate injuries, garnishments, employment verifications, etc.

  • Managing an online timekeeping system by: Enter new associates, correcting punches, documenting absences

  • Other administrative support as assigned by the Residence Director

The Customer Service Associate we select must have demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook software. We are looking for a committed individual with previous experience in a senior living setting.  A minimum 1 year of computer experience, a high school diploma or GED and the ability to read, speak, and write English clearly are required.
