Provide customer relations support via inbound and outbound calls • First line resolution while expressing empathy for customers in the following areas: o credit and collection - payment arrangements, hold (delay next credit action), payment options, o sealed for non-payment, assistance referrals (refer to Agency for assistance) o electric outage o general billing inquiries (balance, payment postings) o record corrections o pay station locations and instructions on how to pay o promoting value-added products and services (e.g., appliance service plan and CO detector) o enrollment in special programs (Winter Protection Program, Budget Plan) o appliance repair o gas emergency
