This position is full - time (40 hours/week) Monday - Saturday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8 hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of (8:00am - 7:00pm Monday - Friday, with rotating Saturdays). It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Our office is located at 1050 Patrol Road, Jeffersonville, IN.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Provide expertise and customer service support to members, customers, and / or providers.
  • Build detailed profiles for new patients, identifying key information and managing records into a cohesive product.
  • Evaluate and process all prescriptions and other documents for patients, payers, and providers - and assigning them appropriately and promptly. This team is responsible for initiating the work flow for the company.
  • Maintain and update all patient records and files by using the most current information to ensure accurate service.
  • Create medication delivery orders for incoming prescriptions while providing the utmost attention to detail and efficiency.
  • Route and triage all incoming patient documents pertaining to patients’ prescriptions, medical records, health insurance, and personal information into a clear and effective database that provides quality care to every patient.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • Flexible availability Monday - Friday between 8am - 7pm
Assets:
  • Healthcare experience preferred
  • Pharmacy Technician Licensure

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent problem solving
