Customer Service Representative Lead is solely responsible for their assigned team of Customer Service Representatives. The supervisor ensures the phones are being answered in a professional and timely manner by the agents.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Assist medical patients in scheduling transportation to their healthcare providers
  • Use a computerized telephone system to communicate with patients, home health aides,
  • physicians, and medical facilities
  • Maintain HIPAA standards to handle and protect private information
  • Resolves unanticipated setbacks
  • Works closely with the operations manager to ensure the team meets service levels and KPI’s
  • Cares for the needs and questions of patients, employees, and team leads
  • Coaches, trains, and administers performance reviews for employees and team leads
  • Administers disciplinary procedures as needed
  • Handles daily administrative tasks, such as monitoring and approving employee timecards
  • Monitors and manages the call ques
  • Other duties as assigned by the operations manager

  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
  • 2 + years customer service experience
  • Type 30 wpm
  • Familiarity with basic computer functions
Preferred Qualifications 
1 + years of Team Lead or Supervisor experienceExperience in the medical transportation fieldExperience analyzing and resolving  customer service issues
