The Customer Service Representative Lead is solely responsible for their assigned team of Customer Service Representatives. The supervisor ensures the phones are being answered in a professional and timely manner by the agents.
Assist medical patients in scheduling transportation to their healthcare providers
Use a computerized telephone system to communicate with patients, home health aides,
physicians, and medical facilities
Maintain HIPAA standards to handle and protect private information
Resolves unanticipated setbacks
Works closely with the operations manager to ensure the team meets service levels and KPI’s
Cares for the needs and questions of patients, employees, and team leads
Coaches, trains, and administers performance reviews for employees and team leads
Administers disciplinary procedures as needed
Handles daily administrative tasks, such as monitoring and approving employee timecards
Monitors and manages the call ques
- Other duties as assigned by the operations manager
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
- 2 + years customer service experience
- Type 30 wpm
- Familiarity with basic computer functions
1 + years of Team Lead or Supervisor experienceExperience in the medical transportation fieldExperience analyzing and resolving customer service issues
