Digital Marketing Manager - Washington, DC

The Associate Director, Digital Marketing will lead partner engagements in creating, managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns in the healthcare space. The Associate Director will be well-versed in all aspects of digital marketing disciplines, including PPC, email marketing, display advertising, and social media. Optum seeks a team player with a proven track record of success.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of client digital marketing campaigns (including paid search, paid social, email marketing, display advertising and social media)

  • Create and execute omni-channel campaigns to drive traffic and conversions

  • Test and evaluate best acquisition channels for both existing and new customers

  • Create, maintain, and meet ROI projections for overall portfolio of marketing vehicles

  • Develop and execute a cohesive, ROI-driven marketing plan with proven results

  • Maximize paid and organic search engine traffic and conversion, while meeting cost per acquisition targets

  • Test landing pages and emails to improve conversion performance

  • Proactively forecast and report successes, inconsistencies, and underperformance

  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills while maintaining the client relationship

  • Travel up to 15% percent 


Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in paid search and paid social

  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem solving capabilities, with a attention to details, at both strategic and executional levels

  • Proven relationship-management skills with ability to communicate effectively and successfully influence across all levels

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

  • Experience in Email marketing and/or Direct mail

  • Healthcare experience

  • Agency experience

  • Email Automation

  • A hunger to learn and follow industry trends
