Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop features, perform requirements analysis, identify solutions and conduct validation
  • Develop, manage and communicate current state and future state product models, keeping them aligned to changing business needs and relevant for active portfolio management
  • Create functional and non - functional requirements using high - level user designs or mock - ups
  • Provide expertise in understanding digital properties, including Web / Mobile Apps
  • Work with solution architects and delivery teams to build solutions that best suites our environments
  • Support peer and project teams through efficient design, development, testing, and deploy phases of the product lifecycle
  • Contribute to the product roadmap by working closely with the product owner
  • Bring people together to meet common goals using facilitation, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Build and advance collaborative relationships with business partners, product managers and IT partners
  • Gather a deep understanding for the end to end architecture of digital properties, including web / mobile apps. This will include assisting in writing, refining and communicating design across the program
  • Understand and ensure adherence to enterprise technology standards (e.g. solution patterns, application frameworks, technology roadmaps, capital plans) or follow exception / waiver processes as needed
  • Ensure solutions are of high quality, strong performance and are scalable
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills including facilitation, influencing and negotiation
  • Strive to be a thought leader and an advanced practitioner in creative tools and tactics; forward - thinking in understanding the emerging tools, technologies, and business practices within the digital industry
  • Create and provide reporting to program leadership and clients to accurately communicate status, issues, risks, recommendations
  • Manage program and partner expectations and relationships

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • 1+ years of experience supporting Products
  • 1+ years of experience with applied agile and scrum experience
  • 1+ years of experience in the digital industry working on both web and mobile apps

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a role with a blend of functional and technical analysis
  • Understanding of how a product organization operates
  • Firm understanding of SDLC and connections to software development
  • Ability to adapt to a fast - paced, quickly changing environment
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Provides appropriate level detail and information based on audience
  • Able to communicate effectively with clients and executives
