These are just a few examples of what our incredible Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) have to say about their job.  We seek Caregivers to provide assistance to adults with disabilities in a community-based setting. DSPs provide assistance with daily activities such as meal preparation and planning; medication administration; and personal care.  Our Caregivers may also facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the community or providing transportation to work or other activities.  DSPs partner with clinical staff to support therapeutic and behavioral plans.  Our Direct Support Professionals are reflections of the wonderful mission-driven work we do here every day.  If you are seeking a rewarding, life-changing role, check out these fulfilling job opportunities.

Qualifications:

What we require of you:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Must be minimum of 18 years of age

  • Valid driver’s license in good standing

  • Successful clearance of background checks
