DescriptionThe Director, Member Engagement Marketing, plans, recommends and implements marketing communication programs using a variety of media channels, promotions and events designed to increase member adoption and participation for the organization's services, programs and offers specific to the Retail (Medicare, Medicaid, Group Medicare) and Group membership. The Director, Marketing Campaign Management requires an in-depth understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across the function or segment.
The Director, Marketing Campaign Management identifies target audiences and specific messages, channels, content and tactics; coordinates end-to-end campaign life-cycle. Maintains campaign-related documentation (e.g., media plans, creative executions, etc.). Develops and maintains budgets to oversee costs and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns. Decisions are typically related to the implementation of new/updated programs or large-scale projects for the function and supporting technical/operational procedures and processes, and implements strategic plans, drives goals and objectives, and improves performance. Provides input into functions strategy.
Typically requires Master's Degree or equivalent, 8+ years of technical and 5+ years of management experience
