The Emergency Center is looking for a Customer Relations Manager
The Customer Relations Manager organizes and directs the administration of the EC customer service staff including Communications Associates, Patient Advocates, and Liaison's with 24-hour responsibility and accountability. Is responsible for all aspects of patient relations within the EC and external relations with various medical transport services utilizing the EC. Applies the management concepts of planning, organizing, directing and controlling to implement customer service programs in defined areas. Other responsibilities will be assigned as appropriate. Employees are encouraged to support Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System's involvement in the community we serve.
AD/BS or active education plan on file and customer service experience is required for this position. A Masters degree is preferred along with management and fiscal work experience.
