The Employer Installation Administrator is responsible for completing SCI Contract Coding projects for medical, ancillary and wellness products.

The Employer Installation Administrator will be responsible for supporting the accurate and timely completion of state and product compliant projects using the SCI application and iStream / Calligo. Major responsibilities include assessing project requirements, troubleshooting and resolving projects deficiency, coding and testing of the contract templates to support product and state / federal compliance requirements.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess requirements and documents for thorough project understanding
  • Apply Department’s process standards to satisfy requirements
  • Understand and apply coding logic that applies to Certification of Coverage and / or legal documents.
  • Maintain established quality levels and turn around times
  • Implement quality process to thoroughly test and troubleshoot
  • Assess requirements and documents for thorough process understanding
  • Apply Department’s process standards to satisfy requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
  • Knowledge of and / or the ability to create documents that include complex contracts, which are customized using Boolean Logic and expressions to allow for extensive variations
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel including manipulating rows and columns, multitasking across multiple worksheets, applying themes and borders, executing macros
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows including navigating and organizing tools
  • Ability to work 7:00 am - 3:30 pm CST Monday through Friday
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree (or higher)
  • 1+ years of working in the Healthcare insurance industry
  • 1+ years of experience working with process improvement teams
  • Understand and apply Boolean logic that applies to Certificate of Coverage (COC) and / or legal documents.
  • Knowledge of and / or the ability to create documents that include complex contracts, which are customized using Boolean Logic and expressions to allow for extensive variations
  • Experience working with Healthcare / Insurance Products and Experience working with Healthcare / Insurance Contracts
  • Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint with the ability to create, modify and customize documents
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint including site navigation, macro building, project mythology, site hierarchy and content, working with views and data selection, adhering to required check - out / in procedures

  • Ability to work with offshore group
