The Employer Installation Specialist is responsible for the installation of assigned accounts. This position is responsible for overall employer contract loading using various databases and / or source documents. You may research installation issues and develop customer specific resolutions. This also may include auditing contract loads for adherence to quality measures and reporting standards.

This position is responsible for the
management of assigned PRIME implementations including, but not limited to: researching and resolving build issues, database loading, and preparation of plan materials, such as contract documents. May research, product availability issue and customer installation issues.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Load admin database with medical plan specific data
  • Provide support to external customers and team members
  • Serve as a resource to business partners and co-workers
  • Research and resolve build issues
  • Write and execute test plan for new product development
  • Contribute to the success of customer implementation through active participation in new business meetings
  • Maintain acceptable and appropriate quality levels and production turnaround times
  • Assist with the development of process improvements for the department
  • Analyzes and investigates
  • Provides explanations and interpretations within area of expertise

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • 3+ years of experience in the Healthcare or Health Insurance Industry
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel (cutting, pasting, sorting, filtering, and macro execution)
  • 1+ years of Microsoft Word (reviewing and editing documents)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience sharing documents in Microsoft SharePoint
  • Knowledge of the PRIME administrative system
  • Healthcare fully insured product knowledge
Soft Skills:
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Ability to grasp new concepts and adapt to changes quickly
  • Ability to maintain high accuracy and attention to detail
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
  • Frequent speaking, listening using a headset, sitting, use of hands / fingers across keyboard or mouse, handling other objects, long periods working at a computer
  • Service center environment with moderate noise level due to Representatives talking, computers, printers, and floor activity
